Refund policy

1. Damaged or Defective Items If your kit arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@unicraft.ai with a photo within 30 days. We will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.

2. Change of Mind Returns We want you to love your UniCraft kit. However, as we ship internationally, return shipping costs can be substantial. If you wish to return an item due to personal preference:

• Please contact us first.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our facility in Asia.

• Alternatively, we can offer a partial refund if you choose to keep the item.

3. Digital Products Digital patterns (PDF downloads) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales of digital products are final.
